Lead technology at Beacon, a Toronto-based fintech, as a Hands-On Engineering Manager. Drive end-to-end software development and mentor a diverse team of engineers.

Requirements: • 7–8+ years in software engineering • 2+ years in engineering management or leadership • Hands-on experience with Go and/or Java • Robust understanding of SQL, AWS, and microservices • Proficiency in DevOps and AI tools
