In this critical team role, you will apply your skills for at least three years in DFT implementation and integrate methodologies for Arm-based SoCs. You'll develop DFT flows, align them with end-to-end processes, and contribute to automation efforts. Collaborate with multiple teams to resolve complex challenges while furthering methodology improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain DFT methodologies and automation solutions • Drive integration of DFT flows into RTL-to-GDS methodologies • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for solution successful deployment • Evaluate new capabilities with EDA vendors • Lead technical reviews and methodology improvements
Requirements: • Minimum 3+ years in DFT implementation and flow integration • Understanding of ATPG, JTAG, and hierarchical DFT methodologies • Proficiency in DFT EDA tools and scripting languages • Robust communication and debugging skills • Proven ability to influence technical direction across teams
