Canadian Business Banking is transforming how credit risk events, delinquencies, overdrafts, and early warning signals are identified, managed and escalated across the business. Project Sentinel is a strategic, multi-year transformation program designed to centralize and automate risk management activities, improve portfolio performance, strengthen operational controls and enhance customer outcomes. We are seeking an experienced business leader to assume ownership of Project Sentinel and guide the program through its next phase of delivery. The successful candidate will lead business strategy, stakeholder management, requirements governance, operational design, change execution and perks realization across a complex ecosystem of business and technology partners.
