Working with Boyd Autobody, you'll play a critical role in preparing vehicles for delivery by ensuring they are in pristine condition. As part of the team, you'll pre-wash and detail vehicles while supporting the shop's Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking capabilities are essential for this role, which prioritizes quality workmanship in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Clean vehicle exteriors manually and with equipment
• Polish and detail windshields, windows, and body
• Maintain cleanliness of the shop and parking areas




• Vacuum, shampoo, and freshen vehicle interiors
• Implement the WOW (Wow Operating Way) for quality
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Solid attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to lift over 50lbs and handle tools
• Valid driver's license required
