Le conseiller en performance marketing sera responsable d’analyser la performance des initiatives marketing afin d’optimiser la prise de décision, l’allocation des investissements et les résultats d’affaires. À partir de données provenant de différents canaux, plateformes et parcours clients, il produira des analyses et des recommandations permettant de mieux comprendre la contribution des activités marketing aux conversions, à la valeur client et à la performance globale. Le conseiller aura donc la chance de contribuer à l’évolution des approches d’attribution, à la mesure des expérimentations marketing et à l’identification des opportunités d’optimisation les plus porteuses afin de maximiser la valeur générée par les investissements marketing. Vous vous réaliserez dans les fonctions suivantes :

Analyser la performance des initiatives marketing, des parcours clients et des canaux d’acquisition. Évaluer la contribution des campagnes et leviers marketing aux résultats d’affaires. Réaliser des analyses décisionnelles afin d’orienter les stratégies, les investissements et les priorités d’optimisation. Contribuer à l’évolution des approches d’attribution et à la compréhension des parcours clients. Définir les indicateurs, critères de succès et plans d’analyse en fonction des objectifs d’affaires. Mesurer les expérimentations marketing et formuler des recommandations d’optimisation. Produire et présenter des analyses et recommandations aux parties prenantes. Exploiter les données de multiples sources afin de développer une lecture intégrée de la performance marketing. Assurer une rigueur dans l’utilisation de la données nécessaires aux analyses en collaboration avec les équipes concernées. Contribuer à l’amélioration continue des pratiques de mesure et d’analyse. Vos talents et vos qualifications :

Diplôme universitaire en marketing, analytique, intelligence d’affaires, statistique, économie, administration ou domaine connexe.



Posséder un minimum de 3 ans d’années d’expérience en analyse de performance marketing, analytique numérique, attribution ou intelligence d’affaires appliquée au marketing. Expérience en analyse de campagnes, de canaux numériques et de parcours clients. Maîtrise des concepts liés à la performance marketing, à l’attribution, aux indicateurs de performance et au ROI. Maîtrise d’outils tels que Google Analytics 4. Connaissance des méthodes d’expérimentation, notamment les tests A/B. Capacité à interpréter des données et à formuler des recommandations d’affaires. Bonne compréhension des plateformes marketing et de leurs données de performance. Excellentes capacités d’analyse, de synthèse et de vulgarisation. Expérience en assurance, services financiers ou domaine fortement réglementé (Atout). Maitrise de la langue française, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit ainsi qu’une maîtrise fonctionnelle de la langue anglaise, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit, en raison de la nature des tâches ou d’interactions avec des collègues, partenaires, clients ou fournisseurs anglophones, ou afin de répondre aux objectifs de croissance de l’entreprise.
