Work collaboratively with the Senior Bookkeeper, Junior Accountant, Property Coordinators, and other members of the team to ensure financial information is accurate and complete.

Systems & Continuous Improvement

Utilize NewViews accounting software and QuickBooks to access financial information and support reporting requirements.

Create and maintain sophisticated Excel workbooks using formulas, financial models, and large datasets to improve reporting accuracy and efficiency.

Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and enhance reporting capabilities across the organization.

Financial Analysis & Capital Planning

Review financial information and supporting documentation to help identify trends, risks, and areas requiring further attention.

Assist with reviewing reserve fund studies and building condition assessments to support long-term capital planning.
