Job Description:

Job Overview:





We are in search of areliableHandymanwho can proficiently carry out differentremodeling and maintenance tasks on our properties. Your remodeling dutieswill involve tasks such as painting, plaster, windows, and hanging drywall.Maintenance responsibilities include solving basic plumbing and electricalissues, as well as ensuring that the interior and exterior structuralcomponents, such as siding and sidewalks, are safe and in good condition. Youshould possess the ability to lift at least 50 lbs and be proficient inhandling hand and power tools. Prior experience as an electrician orcarpenter would be an added advantage.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Updatedrywall and paint as needed
- Help with tile or flooring installation
- Assistwith trim carpentry or exterior siding
- Respond toEmergencies
- Performbasic electrical and plumbing maintenance
- Scheduledmaintenance checks
- Alertmanagement and tenants to scheduled maintenance or remodeling
- Performother duties as assigned

Required Skills/Abilities:

Previous Handyman experience

Must be able to lift 50lbs plus on aregular basis

Must be able to communicate inEnglish

Legally allowed to work in Canada

Must live in the Ottawa/Gatineauregion

Working Conditions:

This role requires work onsite at anOffice in Ottawa, Ontario. This position generally works Monday to Friday, 7:00amto 3:30pm Eastern time.
