As a Program Manager, you will lead the Halifax Class Work Period Contracts at Davie, ensuring strategic alignment and effective project delivery. Key Responsibilities:



• Define and implement the PMO/PM CoE governance model • Establish portfolio management processes and reporting structures • Represent PM CoE to executive leadership and steering committees • Standardize project management methodologies across programs • Lead recruitment and development of PMO staff

Requirements: • Ten years of experience in program and project management • Proven leadership of complex marine maintenance programs • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; PMP certification preferred • Robust understanding of project delivery phases and performance metrics • Effective communication and relationship-building skills
