The role leads bid activities, develops estimates, and coordinates with project teams to ensure accurate, timely bids for E&I; scope within heavy oil and energy projects. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in industrial estimation, solid knowledge of E&I;, and hands-on experience with Excel-based pricing, AutoCAD, and project controls.
