THE OPPORTUNITY AWAITS YOUREAL finds itself in the enviable position of managing one of the most interesting and versatile connected spaces in North America with an opportunity to impact the lives of millions by creating life‑long memories and delivering exceptional experiences.The Supervisor, Grounds and Conversion oversees the work product of the laborers and operators on duty. Responsibilities include assigning and directing work, addressing complaints, recommending solutions, and reporting any disciplinary concerns to management. Work involves both indoor and outdoor duties across grounds and facilities on site and off site. Duties include, but are not limited to, moving, setting up, and tearing down equipment for various events. A sustained pace and production of quality work is required. As an active supervisor, responsibilities also include operating heavy and mobile equipment.What You Will DoAssign substitute labourer(s) / Operator(s) to areas where a primary Labourer/Operator is absentInstruct Labourers / Operators on the proper use of mobile and heavy equipment and various hand and power toolsEnsure staff are informed of any changes in policies and proceduresCommunicate with Management regarding staff attendance and performance issuesTrain and supervise Labourer and Operator staff as neededWork Workplace and OperationsRemove snow from sidewalks, driveways, and parking areas using snow blowers, snow shovels, and spreading ice‑meltClear debris and snow from streets, sidewalks, building grounds and other areasMaintain green areas such as watering foliage, rototilling,



grooming wood chips and trees/shrubs, weeding, etc.Keep walkways cleanClean parking lot drainsBuild round conceptsRequisition and purchase materialsVacancy cleanupInstall furnitureInspect propertiesProvide excellent customer service both internally and externallyProblem‑solveAssist with general labourer duties, including moving, setting up, and tearing down equipment for various events as directed by the ManagerOrganize and secure stored materials and assetsOrganize all work details (work performed, service recommendations, etc.) and complete accurate work for billing and payroll purposes. Submit all paperwork to the Assistant Manager within 48 hours of completion of each day's workObserve additional maintenance needs requiring attention and report those to the Manager, Assistant Manager, and PlannerProvide guidance regarding occupational health and safety when completing certain tasks with Labourers and OperatorsAssist equipment operators in properly securing attachments to equipment or trucksPerform routine preventative maintenance to ensure machines continue to run smoothlyUse tools ranging from common hand and power tools, such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills,
