As a PMSS Coordinator, your work is vital for young adults aged 18 to 25 transitioning out of Ministry care. You will identify eligible individuals, support their goals, and build individualized work plans. Your leadership will ensure the PMSS program runs smoothly and effectively, adhering to budget constraints.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify individuals for the PMSS program
• Develop personalized work plans with clients
• Facilitate wrap around services for young adults
• Oversee the budget and program operations
• Collaborate with RPCN departments for strategic outcomes
Requirements:
• Bachelor of Social Work or equivalent
• Valid Class 5 Driver's License
• Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector
• Solid interpersonal skills and innovative mindset
• Understanding of First Nations needs and families
