The ideal candidate is customer-focused, professional, organized, and comfortable working directly with the public to help clients understand and obtain appropriate insurance coverage. This role is best suited for someone who holds a CAIB Level 1 license, or is considering advancing their career into Commercial insurance / has a Level 2 license, and enjoys building client relationships while working in a team environment. Key Requirements
Experience in insurance services, particularly personal lines Level 1 license required Commercial experience / Level 2 license considered an asset Strong customer service and communication skills Detail-oriented, dependable,
and capable of learning quickly Must be bondable Successful completion of Criminal Record and Credit Checks In this role you will:
Deliver outstanding service to a portfolio of personal insurance clients while fostering long-term relationships (and Commercial clients when/if Level 2 licensed). Coordinate all aspects of policy administration, including renewals, endorsements, certificates, amendments, and cancellations. Place new business opportunities. Ensure client information and documentation are maintained accurately within company systems. Advocate for clients during claims by providing proactive support and clear communication from start to resolution.
