As a Network Performance Specialist, you will enhance the performance of Independent Operators by providing expert training and continuous development support. Your expertise will contribute to overall distributor performance and operational discipline across the network. Key Responsibilities: • Support onboarding and training for Independent Operators • Coach sales fundamentals and operational excellence • Analyze store visit notes to identify improvements • Monitor route health and compliance • Collaborate on route engineering initiatives
Requirements: • 1-3 years’ sales experience in CPG or DSD • Strong coaching and training skills • Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
