We are seeking a Drive Test Technician to perform wireless/network field testing at various client locations throughout Mississauga and surrounding areas. The technician will travel to designated sites, conduct drive tests and signal measurements, collect network performance data, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and accurately document test results.

Responsibilities

- Travel to client sites and designated field locations to perform drive testing and wireless network measurements.
- Conduct LTE/5G drive tests, signal-strength measurements, coverage testing, and network performance testing.
- Operate test equipment, mobile devices, scanners, GPS systems, and drive-test software.
- Collect and validate RF/network performance data and identify coverage or connectivity issues.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and escalate technical issues to engineering teams.
- Maintain accurate test logs, field reports,



site documentation, and daily activity reports.
- Follow customer requirements, safety procedures, and testing standards while working in the field.
- Work independently while coordinating schedules and test activities with clients and project teams.
- Be willing to travel between multiple client sites throughout Mississauga and the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).

Required Skills

- Drive testing / wireless field testing experience
- LTE / 5G / RF knowledge
- Experience with network testing tools and software
- GPS and mapping tools
- Data collection and analysis
- Troubleshooting and reporting
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work outdoors and travel between client sites
