Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team for patient care
• Design and adapt treatment plans for patients
• Conduct assessments and education for patients and families




• Participate in clinical documentation and service planning
• Provide oversight for students and training sessions
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy
• Active registration with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
• Preferred: ADP Authorizer qualification
• Minimum 1 year clinical experience in rehabilitation
• Ability to achieve 80% on FIM certification
