This is an exceptional entry-level opportunity to join a long-term reliable industry. We are providing a fully funded opportunity for select individuals to upgrade your G class driver license to a DZ driver license, enabling them to join Ledcor and support winter and summer operations across the province.

This training will provide a paid opportunity to help you acquire your DZ license and develop the skills necessary to become a safe and competent winter snowplow operator.

Required Skills

- 18+ years of age
- Possess a minimum Class 5 License without restrictions and a clean driver’s abstract
- Able to pass an MTO medical exam and vision screening exam (necessary to obtain AZ/DZ license)
- Safety-oriented with a commitment to quality
- Able to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting up to 50lbs, stand

Approved applicants must commit to a minimum employment term.

Highway maintenance includes working in various weather patterns. Shift work, on-call, and night shift will be required.
