Potential Applicants Should Have
GCSE Grade 4/C or above in English and Mathematics (or equivalent).
Experience of working with young people and a passion for supporting their success.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The ability to manage a classroom effectively and adapt to different situations.
