Job Summary

As a Personal Support Worker/Caregiver, you’ll play a key role in improving the lives of our clients by providing personalized care and support. Reporting to the Care Coordinator, you’ll deliver services that meet each client’s unique needs in a safe and caring environment.

We are currently looking for a PSW to join us for a client near Yonge & York Mills in North York. Shifts available: Monday nights: 8pm-8am.
Friday days: 8am-8pm.
Saturday days: 8am-8pm.
Sunday days: 8am-8pm.
48 hours a week.

Responsibilities

- Assist with morning and evening care routines .
- Meal preparation and light housekeeping to ensure a comfortable home environment.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.




- Assist clients with ambulation, outings, and errands .
- Support with medication reminders and basic health tasks.
- Follow and update care plans as needed.
- Maintain accurate documentation and charting .
- Help clients manage daily activities with care and dignity.

Qualifications

- Personal Support Worker Certificate
- Current CPR/First Aid Certification .
- Explicit Police Record Check (Vulnerable Sector Screening) or willingness to obtain one.
- 2 doses of covid vaccination
- Negative TB test or chest X-ray.
- Reliable internet access and a mobile phone.
- Experience with Dementia/Alzheimer’s care is an asset.
