Our team is committed to providing compassionate, patient-centred care while fostering a collaborative workplace where healthcare professionals can grow and make a meaningful impact.About the RoleWe're seeking an experienced Nurse Manager to lead our nursing team and oversee the delivery of secure, high-quality patient care. In this leadership role, you'll work closely with physicians, allied health professionals, and operational teams to ensure clinical excellence, support staff development, and drive continuous quality improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, mentor, and support registered nurses and clinical staff.Oversee daily nursing operations and ensure high standards of patient care.Develop staff schedules and manage workforce planning.Recruit, onboard, coach, and evaluate nursing team members.Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and organizational policies.Monitor patient safety, quality outcomes, and clinical performance indicators.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.Manage staffing resources, departmental budgets, and clinical supplies.Investigate and resolve patient care concerns and clinical incidents.Lead quality improvement initiatives and promote evidence-based practice.Maintain accurate clinical documentation and operational reporting.Foster a positive, inclusive,
