As a permanent full-time advisor, you'll guide managers and employees in navigating complex HR matters. Your expertise in employee relations, performance management, and health and safety will facilitate a respectful workplace culture. By implementing talent strategies, you will improve employee experiences and foster robust relationships across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide practical HR advice and coaching to managers • Support managers in employee performance and conflict resolution • Advise on collective agreements and workplace policies • Assist with workplace investigations and documentation • Facilitate HR program and policy improvements
Requirements: • Minimum five years of progressive HR experience • Degree in Human Resources or related field • CHRP designation preferred • Experience in a unionized environment • Knowledge of Ontario employment legislation
