Providence Care Hospice Kingston is seeking a Personal Support Worker to join an inter-professional team reporting to the Care Manager. The PSW will provide routine care for activities of daily living, support patients and families, and contribute to a welcoming home-like setting aligned with hospice policies.
The role requires a PSW diploma, CPR/First Aid, and a palliative care certificate (or willingness to complete within 6 months), plus at least two years of hospice palliative care
