Key Responsibilities

- Design user-friendly and visually appealing web and mobile applications.
- Conduct user research, interviews, surveys, and usability testing to understand user needs.
- Create user flows, information architecture, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Develop high-fidelity UI designs and maintain consistent design systems.
- Work closely with product managers, business analysts, developers, and QA teams.
- Translate business requirements and user needs into effective design solutions.
- Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback into designs.
- Analyze user behavior and identify opportunities to improve the overall user experience.
- Create responsive designs for web, mobile, and tablet platforms.
- Maintain and improve design systems, UI components, and design guidelines.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Participate in design reviews and present concepts to stakeholders.
- Stay updated on current UI/UX trends, accessibility standards, and design best practices.

Required Skills

- Strong experience in UI/UX or Product Design.
- Proficiency in Figma.
- Experience creating wireframes, prototypes,



mockups, and user flows.
- Solid understanding of UX principles, visual design, typography, color, and layout.
- Experience designing responsive web and mobile applications.
- Knowledge of usability testing and user-centered design methodologies.
- Understanding of design systems and component libraries.
- Good knowledge of HTML and CSS is an advantage.
- Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into user-friendly designs.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards such as WCAG.
- Experience with design systems such as Material Design.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Experience working with developers and understanding frontend technologies.
- Knowledge of UX analytics and tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, or similar platforms.
- Experience designing enterprise applications, SaaS products, or complex digital platforms.
