Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and administer group and individual physical therapy sessions • Collaborate with therapists in creating individualized service plans • Administer therapeutic intervention programs effectively • Monitor residents during treatments for safety • Maintain equipment inventory and cleanliness
Requirements: • Post-secondary education in Physiotherapy or Kinesiology • Experience in long-term care advantageous • Knowledge of resident care practices • U-First training an asset • Solid communication skills and passion for healthcare
