For our client, we are seeking a Director, Product Marketing to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This leader will drive the go-to-market narrative for a complex B2B SaaS offering, shaping how the market understands the product, its value, and its differentiation. The role will partner closely with sales, product, customer success, and executive stakeholders to strengthen adoption, improve market perception, and support growth across new business, expansion, and renewals.
As a player-coach, this person will lead a team while also owning strategic initiatives such as launches, messaging, analyst relations, and customer advocacy programs.
Location: Toronto, ON - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $210,000 – $290,000 annually
Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team across product marketing, sales enablement, and customer advocacy
Own and evolve positioning and messaging as new products are launched
Implement scalable product launch processes to drive market awareness and product adoption
Develop and maintain a market research engine to inform sales and product strategies
Facilitate cross-team enablement for driving new business, account expansion, and renewals
Create customer advocacy programs to influence deals and increase brand loyalty
Build the organization's reputation through analyst relations and external validations
Qualifications
12+ years of experience in product marketing or related roles, with 3+ years in leadership
Proven track record in end-to-end sales enablement for complex B2B SaaS
Experience with analyst relations and managing market perception
B2B SaaS experience focusing on enterprise-level sales; familiarity with RevOps or finance is a plus
Ability to strategize and execute as a player-coach
Strong storytelling skills for translating complex products into clear narratives
Data-driven mindset to gauge success and guide decisions
