Reporting to the Manager of Solutions Delivery, you'll serve as a key technical resource for our clients. In this role, you'll be responsible for planning, designing, and troubleshooting the implementation of Connexall, our award-winning clinical communication platform. This position requires a proactive approach and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction through innovative technology application.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement Connexall from design to delivery
• Act as technical liaison in customer interactions
• Install, configure,



and troubleshoot system designs
• Conduct on-site project go-lives and follow-ups
• Provide pre- and post-sales support through training
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
• Understanding of system design and troubleshooting
• Basic knowledge of TCP/IP and Windows operations
• Experience with SQL Server and clinical workflows
• Hands-on skills with customer configurations
