About the RoleFragomen’s Senior Business Immigration Analyst position offers an immediate impact on business, training, development, and long‑term growth opportunities. The role focuses on immigration case preparation, filing, and client service within a dynamic, technology‑led environment.ResponsibilitiesDevelop knowledge of firm, case types, and client processes.Prepare and file petitions with government agencies, including document gathering, review, drafting, and filing.Communicate with foreign nationals and client contacts, providing clear and prompt responses regarding case status or general inquiries.Meet assigned deadlines that adhere to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and communicate case progress, status, and escalations to supervisor.Compile and summarize large quantities of data within case management systems for reporting to clients, managers, and team.Understand and contribute to team and individual productivity goals, demonstrating flexibility and initiative.Follow documented firm standards and policies to mitigate risk and ensure regulatory, operational, and client compliance (e.G., Data Privacy protocols, Connect usage, and team/client protocols).QualificationsBachelor’s degree, Associate’s degree,
or experience in a customer‑facing or client service‑oriented role.At least two years of U.S. business immigration experience.Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and elevate case issues to supervisor.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proofreading documents, drafting fluent prose, and avoiding grammatical mistakes without AI assistance.Experience using various computer systems, including MS Word and Excel.Desire to contribute to a positive work environment, effectively collaborate, and promote teamwork.Compensation and BenefitsSalary range: $60,000.00 – $72,000.00 for a hybrid schedule in the local office.
