You will be responsible for conducting 8-12 virtual interviews daily, overseeing candidate pipelines, and ensuring smooth transitions from hiring to onboarding. Your efforts will directly contribute to delivering safe, consistent care across Alberta locations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for diverse positions
• Conduct 8-12 virtual interviews each day
• Collaborate with hiring managers on staffing needs
• Develop job postings and source candidates effectively
• Maintain accurate ATS records and candidate communications
Requirements:
• Minimum three years of high-volume recruitment experience
• Strong interviewing, assessment, and organizational skills
• Experience with onboarding and offboarding processes
• Confidence using ATS and HRIS systems
• Knowledge of Alberta employment standards
