This role focuses on delivering attentive care aligned with each client's unique Plan of Care. You will engage clients through companionship, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and emotional support. The position requires dedication, robust communication, and a genuine passion for helping others while promoting independence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide attentive non-medical care per client’s Plan of Care
• Offer companionship through conversation and activities
• Support clients' emotional well-being and mental health




• Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation tasks
• Observe and report any changes in client conditions
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid CPR & First Aid certification or willingness to obtain
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Strong communication skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and responsibly
