Job Duties
- Load lumber and building materials for customers
- Load and unload material and store them in the proper locations
- Operate forklift
- Drive delivery vehicles delivering material to customers
- General Housekeeping duties
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Ability to do physical labour
- Work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Customer service focused
- Team player
- Safety conscious
- Ability to work weekends and overtime as needed
- Ability to work with or without supervision
- Ability to lift heavy materials to or from lumberyard, warehouse and trucks
- Have knowledge of lumber, building materials and related products
- Valid class 5 drivers license (class 1 or 3 would be considered an asset)
- Clean driving abstract
