This is a hands-on working foreperson role requiring a valid Journeyperson Carpenter Ticket or equivalent. Candidates must possess at least five years of foreperson experience in industrial settings. Familiarity with Peri formwork and various safety tickets is beneficial but not mandatory for application.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and manage carpentry team tasks
• Ensure high safety standards and compliance on site
• Coordinate with other trades and project teams
• Maintain project timelines and quality standards
• Train and mentor junior carpenters
Requirements:
• Valid Journeyperson Carpenter Ticket or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a foreperson
• Experience with Peri formwork preferred
• Safety tickets are an asset but not required
• Ability to complete necessary fitness tests
