This role seeks experienced professionals to support Foreperson in highway maintenance. You will operate snowplow trucks, maintain highways, and assist in conducting safety toolbox meetings and equipment inspections. Your expertise in organization and heavy equipment operational safety will be vital in monitoring work quality and adhering to maintenance specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate heavy equipment including snowplows and wheel loaders
• Maintain Alberta Provincial Highways in all weather




• Assist with safety toolbox meetings and inspections
• Support Foreperson in work planning and execution
• Monitor crew performance for quality assurance
Requirements:
• Valid Class 1, 2, or 3 driver's license
• Previous supervisory experience in highway maintenance
• Snow plow experience preferred
• Solid communication skills, written and verbal
• Successful completion of drug and alcohol testing
