- Contact consumers throughout the United States
- Follow provided scripts to gather opinions from respondents with experience with clients' products and services
- Collect detailed opinions and deliver valuable, quality data to clients
- Complete required employment forms and online training
- Participate in virtual class training and on-the-job training
- Work evening shifts Monday–Friday between 3:00pm and 10:00pm
- Work a fixed 7.5-hour Saturday shift from 10:00am to 5:30pm at least every other Saturday

Requirements

- All applicants must upload a resume and complete the provided application form in order to be considered for interview
- Applicants selected for employment must live within the local London Ontario area to collect work equipment in person
- Employees are expected to be occasionally available for in-person training and other purposes throughout employment
- Excellent reading, writing and communication skills
- Strong typing skills with the ability to quickly transcribe verbal responses
- Polite and friendly, punctual and reliable
- Ability to persuade others and give verbal direction
- Proficient with computers, email, and Google Chrome/Apps




- Ability to handle technical issues and troubleshooting quickly and independently
- Ability to adapt quickly to recent policies and procedures
- Enjoy working independently, self-motivated, and excel at repetitive tasks
- Must work at least every-other Saturday
- Availability for 15+ hours per week
