This Level 1 position is vital in delivering high-quality child care for ages 0-12. You will implement the YMCA approved curriculum, engage children in creativity, and foster social interactions. Daily communication with parents strengthens relationships and enhances development support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement YMCA curriculum to promote child development
• Facilitate creative and engaging activities for children
• Observe and document individual child behavior
• Maintain compliance with YMCA policies and health regulations
• Communicate daily with parents for updates
Requirements:
• Preferred experience working with children
• Level 1 Child Care Certification (or in progress)
• Standard First Aid & CPR – C certification
• Ability to obtain Police Information Check
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
