In this role, you will support multiple locations within a three‑hour radius of Ottawa, bringing your expertise where it is needed most. Enjoy the variety of travel while still returning home to sleep in your own bed each night – no overnight stays required. Mileage and meal reimbursements are provided where applicable.

Patient Focused Care Responsibilities

• Deliver clinical services such as medication reviews, chronic disease management and care plan development. Administer vaccines and immunizations.
• Determine appropriateness of drug therapy and monitor for effectiveness, side effects, and interactions.
• Counsel patients on prescriptions, over‑the‑counter products, and health‑related topics, including indications, contraindications, side effects, and proper usage and storage.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, provincial, and regulatory standards governing pharmacy practice.
• Assist with daily pharmacy operations and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Licensed and in good standing with the Ontario College of Pharmacists.
