About the job Afternoon Production Team LeadWe are looking for an organized and proactiveAfternoon Production Team Leadto oversee our production team and ensure smooth operations during the 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM shift.Key Responsibilities :Monitor Workflow : Use the TV systems at each work station to ensure employees are working on the right jobs in the correct sequence, according to due dates.Assess Performance : Regularly check each worker's output to ensure they meet the required standards.Address Bottlenecks : Identify production bottlenecks and collaborate with the Day Team Lead or Management to resolve them quickly.Quality Assurance : Ensure completed orders are packed and shipped correctly. Match output to the signed art proof for a 100% quality check.Team Coordination : Reallocate team members to different production tasks to cover absences or vacations as needed.Shift Hand-off :
