Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities Solution Architecture & Client Advisory Serve as the primary technical point of contact and key interface for ServiceNow HAM, SAM, ITAM,



CMDB, ITOM, and ITSM solution delivery. Lead end-to-end solution architecture for ServiceNow HAM and SAM engagements, from discovery and requirements definition through implementation, deployment, and optimization. Define technical architecture and solution designs that align client business requirements with ServiceNow and industry leading practices. Prepare and facilitate customer workshops, requirements-gathering sessions, architecture reviews, and technical design discussions. Translate business and functional requirements into scalable solution designs, technical specifications, implementation plans, and prioritized roadmaps. Provide technical guidance to clients on hardware and software asset lifecycle processes, governance, data quality, compliance, and optimization. Draft use cases, functional requirements documents, technical design documents, and implementation requirements.
