You will report to the Replenishment Manager and play a critical role in enhancing supply chain performance. The Logistics & Compliance Analyst focuses on demand planning, continuous improvement, and digital innovations. Collaborate with supply chain leadership to generate actionable insights using Python, SQL, and advanced reporting tools.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support demand planning with forecast analysis and tool development • Lead continuous improvement efforts to enhance service levels • Automate reporting and analysis to streamline processes • Collaborate with stakeholders for performance insights • Monitor supplier performance metrics and resolve issues
Requirements: • 1-3 years in Supply Chain Planning or Business Analytics • Proficient in SQL, Excel, and data analysis tools • Solid understanding of inventory management practices • Experience with AI technologies and Microsoft Copilot • Excellent communication skills for stakeholder interaction
