As part of Vecima’s Supply Chain team, you will ensure adherence to import/export regulations and maintain accurate documentation. Your role demands collaboration with Sales, Shipping, and Operations to facilitate smooth order fulfillment. Candidates should be ready to classify products, tackle regulatory updates, and audit trade compliance records.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure strict compliance with import/export regulations • Classify products using the Harmonized Tariff Schedule • Prepare and submit customs documentation accurately • Coordinate with customs brokers and freight carriers • Maintain trade compliance records and perform audits
Requirements: • Diploma or bachelor’s in Supply Chain, Logistics, or similar • 2–4 years experience in customs compliance or logistics • Knowledge of import/export regulations and trade agreements • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel • Certified Customs Specialist designation preferred
