Our team makes an impact every day by offering quality advice to customers across Canada – making WOW! mobile boutique Canada’s premiere wireless retailer.ResponsibilitiesActively engage mall shoppers and follow each step of our sales process.Consistently network, creating and maintaining a list of prospective clients using our CRM tool.Generate hype and awareness within a mall environment by being an ambassador for WOW! and the brands we represent.Deliver on our brand promise by offering personalized, unbiased advice.Consistently achieve all key business metrics.Offer a best‑in‑class customer experience.Participate in documented coaching conversations.Responsible for inventory management – receiving, signing and securing inventory.Follow merchandising and daily store cleanliness standards.Complete daily operations tasks,
