This role includes managing health, safety, security, and office operations while ensuring continuous improvement. - Manage financial statements and discretionary spending
- Monitor forecasting and project progress metrics
- Develop and oversee the business center budget




- Identify underperformance and implement improvement plans
- Prioritize utilization targets through backlog managementRequirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
- Minimum 15 years' experience in leadership and financial management
- Familiarity with consulting practices preferred
- Experience with Ontario & Atlantic Canada clients is an asset
