In your Full-Time role within the Special Needs Resourcing team, you will ensure that children with diverse abilities receive the support needed for their full development. CLH is dedicated to implementing cutting-edge strategies to enhance inclusion and community participation for individuals with disabilities. Your role will help shape the future for children and families in Hamilton.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as an inclusion advocate and resource for classrooms
• Collaborate with teachers and specialists to implement effective practices




• Encourage active participation from children of all abilities
• Support families in accessing community resources
• Engage in continuous advocacy for disability awareness
Requirements:
• Diploma in Early Childhood Education from an accredited institution
• Membership in the College of Early Childhood Educators
• Training and experience in special needs education
• First Aid and Child CPR certification
• A valid Driver's License and vehicle access
