Iris's Direct client, a highly diversified financial services provider based in Canada is looking to hire a UX Designer f or a Long Term Contract / Full Time prospect.
Location: Hybrid Toronto – 4 days onsite
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Experience leading UX, product design, or experience-design initiatives in complex enterprise environments.
- Strong knowledge of user-centred design, design thinking, interaction design, usability testing, and responsive design.
- Experience managing or mentoring UX designers and coordinating work across multiple initiatives.
- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma.
- Understanding of accessibility standards, including WCAG and AODA.
