Key Responsibilities
- Operate bulk load-out systems and inspect vessels for food safety
- Manage blending, sealing and verify shipments, and complete documentation
- Operate Track-mobile to position rail cars
- Monitor metal detectors as a critical control point
- Communicate with teams to coordinate shipments
- Maintain sanitation and perform minor maintenance
- Uphold all safety, OH&S;, and food safety protocols
Qualifications
- Grade 12 diploma or equivalent
- Ability to meet Railway Association of Canada medical fitness requirements
- Experience with railcars and grain handling systems is an asset
- Mechanical, organizational, and troubleshooting skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel preferred
- Comfortable with heights, confined spaces, and physical work (lifting 50 lbs)
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
Work Schedule
12-hour modified shift schedule, including weekends and nights
