The Manager is responsible for financial, strategic and operational planning, management of the implementation of policies and processes, capital expenditures, cost control strategies and human resource practices. The incumbent networks within the regional structure for the integration of services.

The salary range for this position is $90,770 (min) to $113,462 (midpoint) to $130,481 (max) per annum, based on 1.0 FTE. Northern Health typically establishes salaries within the minimum and midpoint of the salary range based on qualifications, experience of the applicant, and an internal equity review of the salaries of other employees.
