The Operational Efficiency team plays a key role in bringing structure and clarity to complex, cross-team challenges, ensuring that business priorities are translated into actionable, scalable solutions. The team partners closely with senior leadership to enable informed decision-making and drive measurable business outcomes across the organization. In this role, you will partner directly with senior leaders to shape, prioritize, and deliver initiatives across Customer Support and Marketing, balancing customer experience, operational efficiency, and business outcomes.
