• Assist with residents’ personal care and grooming needs
• Support mobility and dining during mealtimes
• Follow individualized care plans for each resident
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards
• Document care and report condition changes accurately
Requirements:
• Certification from a recognized Resident Care Assistant Program
• Registration with BC Care Aide & Community Health Worker Registry
• First Aid Level 1 certification required
• High school diploma and current Food Safe certificate
• WHMIS certification required
