Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn Ability to perform physical labour, lifting up to 50+ lbs, and work in all types of shop conditions Valid Class 5 License and satisfactory 3-year drivers abstract Energetic, social, outgoing personality with initiative Experience in heavy equipment, mining, construction and/or industrial shops Forklift, loader, telehandler, and/or aerial lift experience WHMIS, First Aid, or other safety certifications Completion of pre-employment/pre-access testing May require client training and competency assessment Eligibility to work on all sites
