Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the Responsible Procurement strategy and define measurable outcomes • Design and scale global procurement programs across categories • Drive adoption of responsible practices in sourcing and supplier management • Establish governance and align with cross-functional stakeholders • Own program performance and define monitoring KPIs
Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred • 7+ years in Third-party Risk Management or Procurement Strategy • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite • Excellent communication skills • Experience in using AI for efficiency
