Join Oak View Group's Changeover Crew as an Overnight Crew Member, delivering championship service during events. This role focuses on event setup and takedown in a fast-paced environment.
As part of the Changeover Crew at OVG, you'll ensure the effective transition between events, working overnight and on weekends. Your responsibilities include converting seating, staging areas, and maintaining a clean work environment. Experience in general labor or construction is helpful, as you'll be expected to meet tight deadlines while adhering to safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Convert seating and staging for events safely and efficiently
• Communicate professionally with colleagues and internal customers




• Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
• Adhere to OVG's service standards and policies
• Perform additional tasks as assigned
Requirements:
• Availability for overnight shifts and flexible late afternoons
• Ability to lift at least 50lbs unaided
• Prior experience in general labor or construction preferred
• Positive team spirit with a professional attitude
• Must bend, stretch, and perform repetitive motions
