Requirements: • J.D., LL.B., or equivalent law degree, in valuable standing • 8+ years of experience in commercial technology transactions • Familiarity with SaaS, DPAs, NDAs, and SOWs • Enthusiasm for AI tools in legal practices • Strong collaborative communication skills
